Founder’s Story – Leah Richardson

From a young age, I discovered my passion for caring for others. My very first job was at a hospital, where I was rotated through different departments. When I reached the geriatric unit, something clicked in me — I felt an immediate connection. Having never met my own grandparents, I found myself giving the elderly the love, respect, and compassion I had always wanted to share with my own family.

For me, there is no greater joy than seeing the people we care for happy — because when they are happy, so is my heart.
